Our customers are mainly companies that integrate our Services into their business operations through their own software applications (via API), or using SMSHorn Portal, our website interface. We do not directly interact with our customers’ end users, and all the information that our Customers submit is shared with us on their sole discretion in accordance with the General Service Terms and Conditions, Agreement for Services and Data Processing Agreement concluded with our Customers.

SMSHorn a trading name of S O M General Trading LLC (a company registered in Dubai) whose registered office is at Office No.3 Galadari Baladiya BLDG, Al Ras Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“us” “we” “our”) is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors and service users of www.smshorn.com (referred to as the “Website”). Google Adwords (Google Services Privacy Policy) – Usage data and elements of Account Data (email address) is shared with the supplier for the purpose of advertisement retargeting based on website traffic data.
Google Analytics ( Google Services Privacy Policy) – Usage data is shared with the supplier for the purpose of providing web analytics of your use of our website.
Hubspot ( Hubspot Privacy Policy) – Account Data and Usage Data is shared with the supplier for the purposes of online form hosting, lead nurturing, bulk email, and marketing automation.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator Privacy Policy) – Account Data is shared with the supplier for the purpose of delivering personalised lead recommendations and insights
YouTube ( Google Services Privacy Policy) – Usage data is shared with the supplier for the purpose of providing analytics on Website video interactions hosted on YouTube.
